WBER History:
In french class the cute redhead girl turns around and says "Hey, did you hear that old Green Day song on WBER yet?". "What station?" "90.5" "Oh right". I had no idea what station she was talking about, and I played it off as I hadn't heard it "yet". So I checked it out on the drive home to up my game, heard Bjork's "Army Of Me" and I was hooked. Battled my way to victory through the 2012 Be The Next WBER DJ competition.

Real World:
Grew up attending Wheatland-Chili, went on to an Environmental Science degree at cold snowy SUNY Plattsburgh, half for the program, half for the skiing. Working for a local utility.

5 Favorite Alternative Bands:

Hum, Joy Division, Veruca Salt, God Lives Underwater and Morphine

Any regrets:
Should have gotten a teaching degree

First Concert:
Barenaked Ladies thanks to free tickets. Had trouble getting my mom to accept that going to see Barenaked Ladies was actually a quite harmless band.

Your Passion:
Driving alone down the highway with the windows down and the music cranked.

Favorite Quote (words to live by):
Knowledge Is Power
