WBER History:
I first heard of WBER in high school when my friends told me about the Radio Club, and how young DJs could be on a real radio station. I became the program manager for the Webster Varsity Radio club in my senior year, 2012-2013. After I graduated, I missed being on air so after a year out of high school, I decided to apply to be a DJ again so I could share music with all of WBERs fans again.

Real World:
Right out of high school, I went to SUNY Fredonia for a semester to study Video/Radio Production. There I was a DJ on the schools radio station, 88.9 fm WCVF. After a semester, I decided that I should move back to the Rochester area so that I could pursue a music career with my Funk-Rock-Reggae band, Underground Funk. Now I am working on my degree for Communications at FLCC, writing and recording music with my band, and working at Brusters Ice Cream in Webster (until the music career can pay the bills). I hope to stay on the radio throughout my life, sharing my favorite thing with all of the listeners, music.
